To redeem a TicketSocket Ticket in Idealpos, follow the below process:
Press Ticket button on the POS Screen that was configured during the configuration process.
A prompt is displayed to Scan/Enter Ticket.
The Ticket is added to the sale and the Process this ticket prompt is displayed.
Press Yes to process the ticket and continue.
